A lot of Christian educational systems deal with us learning things and that are important. But, we can get the impression that we have reached our goal once we learn a particular concept in God’s Word. That is only the beginning. It wouldn’t do us much good to go to the grocery store and buy food, if we didn’t prepare it and eat it. It doesn’t do much good learning a powerful truth in the Bible if we don’t get it applied to our life. Knowing the truth is the first step to being set free. If we just know a truth and don’t let it work in that area of our life, we won’t be set free by it. Wouldn’t that be sad?

Jesus wants you to be able to head in the direction that will be the very best for you. If you make up your mind to do something that would hurt you, Jesus will let you do it. He allows you to be in charge of your life. But, none of us REALLY want to hurt ourselves; we just think things will bless and help us that won’t. Jesus will be teaching you what will bring the greatest success and happiness into your life.

Jesus will be teaching and empowering you to focus your mind on those things that work. He knows everything; He even knows what our future looks like. But, He has the power to change our future so as to make it the very best. There are a lot of things we don’t know; if we are going to win at life, we are going to have to know the truth. Jesus will help you see what things will hurt you in the long run and what will end up being wonderful.

Jesus always leaves the final decision up to you; He never forces His will on you. If He can’t convince you to do the right things, you will end up going in a direction that will eventually hurt you. However, in this course Jesus will be trying to help you see what is good and what is bad for you. He will be showing you why some things are good and why others are bad.

In this course Jesus will be showing you all the advantages of His way of life. If you allow Him to prove to you that His way is the best way, He will show you what your future will be like. He will be training and empowering you to set your goals and make your plans for fulfilling this way of life. He will start helping you put His way of life into your way of life.

Here Jesus is going to be teaching you a VERY important spiritual procedure for taking control over your life’s destiny. There is a way for you and Him to CREATE things in the spiritual realm. Through this creative power you and Jesus will be able to change the wrong, bad, and evil things that are coming at you.

Jesus will be teaching you how to use the faith He speaks into you for keeping your body, other people, the devil, and circumstances from messing up your life. Faith isn’t just something you believe; it is a power that makes things happen.

It is amazing who we trust; even though we are extremely limited in our knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, we trust ourselves. Even though most people have their own best interests in mind, we trust them. Even though the world’s principles have failed us many times, we trust them. Jesus will be helping us in this course to stop trusting the wrong things and help us start trusting those things that will help and give us the power to succeed in life.
