Rom 7:22-23 (NIV) For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my MIND and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. Your MIND is on you, a spirit being’s side; your mind is in your spirit like your heart is. But, Jesus has convinced your MIND that He is Lord and that God has raised Him from the dead. Rom 10:9-10 (NIV) That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Rom 12:2 (NIV) Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is--His good, pleasing and perfect will. You, a spirit being, need help getting your mind retrained. Once you mind is renewed through the transforming power of Jesus, you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is--His good, pleasing and perfect will. That is give your spirit a new freedom and liberty to live according to God’s will. Jesus has a way of helping you retrain your mind so it is able to be renewed.

Eph 3:16 (NIV) That out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with POWER through His Spirit in your inner being. In order for you to be able to handle the difficult assignment of getting your heart and your mind in cooperations with Jesus, your spirit needs power. Jesus out of His glorious riches will strengthen you with POWER through His Spirit. He just needs you to allow Him to train you through Biblical principles. You job is to expose yourself to these studies. His job is to empower you with His Word, the Bible, and through His Holy Spirit. Your job is simple and easy; His job is a labor of love. He WANTS you to live The Victorious Christian Life.

Eph 3:17 (NIV) So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love. If you allow Him to, Jesus will take up residence in your heart. But, you must learn how to receive His faith spoken into your heart so you can believe. But, as you continue to allow Jesus to take you through these studies, you will grow spiritual roots that will establish you in Him. He will become your source of training, power, and guidance to live a victorious life.

Eph 3:17b-18 (NIV) I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. There is a way for Jesus to train and empower you so your inner being, your spirit can start to comprehend how much Jesus loves you. He will show you a type of love that will be beyond anything you have ever immagined.

Eph 3:19 (NIV) And to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. At first you will go through these studies with Jesus and just try to learn information. You will use your MIND to remember facts and truths. You will try to study these Biblical principles the way you learned how to study human, worldly information. You will devote your MIND to searching for how YOU can apply yourself to making changes. You will be looking for formulas, systems, and methods that will help YOU do what you need to do. But, as hard as you apply yourself, you will find yourself inadequate for the assignment.

There are steps you will be given that you will have to follow; but, Jesus will lead you into looking to Him for fulfilling them. Little by little you will become less dependent on yourself and more dependent on Him. The more you look to God for the source of your spiritual and Biblical growth, the more Christianity will start to work. You will learn how to be a child of God who knows how to live in the spirit realm.
