Jesus is now helping you with submitting your MIND to Him. Eph 4:22-24 (NIV) You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your MINDS; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. The way to “do what it takes” to put off your old self and to put on the new self is to apply The Six Biblical Principles to them. Your eyes, your ears, and your body are the windows to your MIND. Luke 11:34-36 (NIV) Your EYE is the lamp of your BODY. When your EYES are good, your whole BODY also is full of light. But when they are bad, your BODY also is full of darkness. See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. Therefore, if your whole BODY is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be completely lighted, as when the light of a lamp shines on you. Submitting your MIND to Jesus means you start allowing Him to empower you to only expose yourself to those things He and the Bible are telling you to expose yourself to.

You are DECIDING to EXPOSE yourself to Jesus and the Bible by studying and praying the things in these courses. Jesus is filling your MIND with the truth about life here on earth and eternal life in heaven. He is putting powerful concepts into your MIND so you can store up new philosophies, concepts, principles, doctrines, and facts into your HEART. As this happens, your heart gets changed and transformed into a new HEART; AND, THAT becomes the new you. You start to actually live out those wonderful things that you were ONLY credited for in your record with God. Submitting your mind to being exposed to Jesus’ truths is your path to complete and total deliverance from difficulties with divorce.

You are not only deciding to EXPOSE yourself to certain things, you are deciding what you want to be thinking about during your day. Phil 4:8 (NIV) Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things. Jesus wants you to CONCENTRATE on those things that fulfill these requirements. Things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy will fill your MIND with positive and enjoyable thoughts. They will turn you into a very excited, positive, and faith-filled person. They will change your heart into one that provides you with supportive, beneficial, encouraging, and righteous emotions.

1 Cor 2:16 (NIV) “For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ. This means you can understand, analyze, apply, and process dynamic and powerful spiritual thoughts. This is a new ability for you; prior to salvation and justification, you couldn’t think any spiritual thoughts. 1 Cor 2:14 (NIV) The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Cor 2:9-10 (NIV) However, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no MIND has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him”--but God has revealed it to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. You can see into the future as the Holy Spirit explains the Bible to you. You are able to apply your earthly activities to those things that will enhance your eternal life. You don’t live like you are going to cease to exist when you die. You are deciding and determining to live this life in such a way that you are investing in your eternal future.

1 Cor 2:11-12 (NIV) For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit Who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. You know who you are, what you can do, and how to go about doing it. You know you are a child of God; you know that you can now live in Jesus’ power-life; and, you know how to apply The Six Biblical Principles so you can go about living The Victorious Christian Life.

1 Cor 2:13 (NIV) This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The Bible is telling you the truth about how life works here and how things are going to be in eternity. It is like a light has been turned on for you; before, you were walking around in darkness. You were being taught misconceptions, fake knowledge, and even lies. But, you couldn’t protect yourself from them because you didn’t have any evidences to the contrary. But, with the light of Jesus shining all around you, you can see for yourself what is true and what is false. As Jesus and the Bible shine the light of truth on all of the things in this world, you can quickly SEE what is going on.

Just imagine that you are in a large building with a lot of people and suddenly it becomes totally dark in there. Then suppose someone yells out “fire!” Can you see how it is highly possible you would not make it out of there without being damaged and maybe even killed? That is very much how your life was like prior to salvation and justification. But, what if all of a sudden someone turned the lights on? Your chances of survival would be increased dramatically. But then, what if Jesus showed up beside you in that panic stricken group of people in that building? You would not only survive, you would be led out of the building into a powerful and successful way of life.
