Once you are convinced that God always tells the truth, you are able to study the Bible and know it is all real. Even if you aren’t experiencing certain parts of it, you know it is all true because God is true. This enables you to start studying the HOW Scriptures so you can learn how to get into your life those things the Bible tells you to live. In spite of the fact that you are struggling with getting the promises and instructions of God operating in your daily activities, you are still sure they are real because God is real.

If you have the conviction that there is something missing in your training that will help you get these provisions of God, then you are well on your way to winning. Since you know the problem isn’t in God or the Bible, you know the solution is in you being better trained. Because you know this, you simply keep on studying and praying until you get the necessary breakthroughs in that area. That changes your approach to living the Christian life. You don’t allow ANYTHING to tell you God and His Word isn’t true and real.

Pray and ask Jesus to help you stay in faith concerning God and the Bible. Pray and ask Jesus to help you find those missing truths that are keeping you from getting the answers the Bible presents as being yours. Ask Jesus to help you not get discouraged when it takes a lot of time and effort studying and praying. Ask Him to help you press on until you start getting the breakthroughs that He knows you need.

Pray for the kind of faith conviction in your heart that keeps you from ever doubting God or His Word. Ask Jesus to give you the assurance that His word, the Bible, is true and that God never lies. Ask Him to establish the fact that your heavenly Father is honest, true, has integrity, and is always pure and holy. Ask Jesus to help you discover the truths that will cause His promises and commandments to become realities and victories in your life. Yield to the Holy Spirit as He opens up the meaning of the Scriptures and shows you HOW to live the Word of God.
