The Submission Studies Part Two
Building On Your Previous Submission Studies
There are seven studies in this group. There were three studies in your first submission studies. Now you will be going into your second group of submission studies. There are four studies in this second set of Submission Studies; Jesus will be using them to empower you to keep growing in you abilities to be victorious over life problems. You now have Jesus using The Six Biblical Principles to help you with your emotions, your attitudes and character, and your thoughts.
Reviewing What You Have Submitted
- Emotional Submission
In the first study, Jesus gave you the steps into how to trust God with your emotions that are coming out of your heart. Your emotions can drive you into things you sometimes need to avoid. At other times they can keep you away from things that have the potential of being a great blessing to you. Keep the Fruit Of The Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) where you can refer to them regularly. As you go about your day, be aware of the fact that you now have the power to bring your emotions under Jesus’ control. If you fail, just tell Jesus you are sorry, ask Him to forgive you, ask Him to empower you to do better, and go make it right with those you hurt.
- Attitude And Character Submission
In the second study, Jesus empowered you to let God help you with your attitudes and character that are flowing out of your heart and mind. Keep the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-12) where you can refer to them regularly. They are the doors into the blessings and provisions of God. As you go about your day, allow them to influence the way you listen to God concerning how you treat yourself, the people around you, and God. If you fail in one of these power-attitudes of God. Go through the same system you were directed to go through with your emotions. Tell Jesus you are sorry, ask Him to forgive you, ask Him to empower you to do better, and go make it right with those you hurt.
- Thought Submission
In the third study, Jesus empowered you to get the best thoughts from your brain and mind. Your brain is a part of your body and has the desires for the rest of your body. Your mind is a part of your spirit and now, through salvation, has the thoughts that come from God. You had been filling your brain with a lot of information and experiences; they were memories that had come from the learning and experiences of your body, the world, and the devil. Jesus has started helping you store new things in your brain for your mind to produce thoughts from. Jesus is changing your mind by the training and experiences you are getting with God. Keep the Philippians 4:8 list where you can refer to them regularly.
Jesus used this study to help you see the difference between the thoughts and feelings of your brain and those from your mind. Submission to God and the things of God have been giving you new training and new experiences that are being stored in your brain. These training and experiences are being created as you continue to submit your mind to the will of God. He is now directing you into truths your mind can direct your brain to learn and experience. This will keep producing wonderful thoughts from God.

Getting Ready To Continue Your Submission
- Choice And Decision Submission
In the fourth study (first one in this part), Jesus will help you take a look at the aspects of your choices you make. You have been using your God-given free will to choose what you wanted to learn and experience and what you didn’t. Your choices have produced the results you are now living with. Your choices have created the financial situations, the relationships, the emotions you have, the physical conditions you are facing, and your spiritual level of growth.
In this study, Jesus will help you evaluate your choices and show you how to improve them and how to make better ones. The Bible will introduce you into some of the most incredible choices a human can ever make. It will help you make choices that even set you free from some bad choices you have already made.
Will-Power, Determination, Goals, And Plans Submission
In the fifth study (second one in this part), Jesus goes into the aspects of your will, your determination, your goals, and your plans for your life that are a part of your strength. We all have a built-in resistance to God’s goals and plans for our life. Our body has already shaped our life around its human needs. The world has also been shaping our goals and plans by telling us what they think we should aspire to. Satan has been luring us into the things of sin that produce spiritual diseases in us.
Because of all the pressures we have exposed ourselves to and others have exposed us to, we have developed a determination to reach certain goals and plans that hurt us. The resistances we already have are in direct opposition to God’s goals and plans that will bring life success to us. Jesus will help you see why you need to submit to God’s goals and plans for your life.
Body Submission
In the sixth study (third one in this part), Jesus will show you how to start getting God’s help with the issues and pressures of your body that are coming out of its drives. The human body is very animalistic and very selfish; it lacks the ability to identify with other people. You, however, are a spirit living in this body and have the ability to receive the attitudes and character of God. Jesus will be helping you see the difference between your body and your spirit. He will be showing you how to bring your spirit in control over your body.
Submitting Your Whole Life
In the seventh study (fourth one in this part), Jesus takes you through the benefits of giving your whole life over to the love, care, and wisdom of your heavenly Father. The incredible thing about all these studies Jesus is taking you through are the fact that He uses them to give you dynamic principles that work for every area of your entire life. In this study He will help you see how to take each principle that you learn and apply it to all the other parts of your life. The system of God is so powerful and so wise that it works miracles that spread all through every area of who you are and what you do.
You won’t have to spend the rest of your life undoing things you shouldn’t have done. You won’t have to keep going over each individual issue and learn how to deal with it. Each thing you learn and each spiritual step you take will prepare you for a whole new way of living in all areas of your life. Jesus just uses your issues with life as an example for how to win and live The Victorious Life in all aspect of life.
