Jesus, help me see that it isn’t so important for me to get acquaited with HELP eMagazine as it is for me to get aquainted with You. However, You are using HELP eMagazine to get Your message to me. Teach me that this program is designed by You to see to it that You and I can establish a better and better relationship.

Jesus, help me realize that this program is different from most other programs I have tried. Let me see that most programs are “Self-Help” programs; they are constantly working on ME to make the changes THEY THINK I should make. Show me that if for some reason I fail to be able to make those changes then THEY THINK that, that means I don’t have what it takes to make the changes. THEY THINK they have adequately tried to help ME make those changes; THEY THINK they did their best to help me, but, I just wasn’t adequate to get the job done.

Jesus, when I lack the willpower, the determination, the commitment, or the stability to cooperate with these sources, I walk away from them with defeat, disappointment, and a loss of confidence and esteem. I feel like I have failed; I feel like I have demonstrated that I can’t improve; and they THINK they have established what kind of person I am.

Jesus, teach me that it isn’t a matter of me learning how to change my own life. Help me see that I will never be as knowledgeable, wise, and powerful as You are. I will never have the ability to look into the future like You can. I will never be able to see all the pitfalls, deadend streets, and traps of life like You do. I will never be able to control my circumstances and make them all work together for my good like You can. In this program, show me how to get Your supernatural, God-sized help. Teach me that, that will make all the difference in me winning over my problem with loss of a loved one.

Jesus, help me see that one of the major problems I face is failing to realize that I can’t work with You any way I want. I, like EVERY Christian, come to You as a new Christian and I try to work with You and get You to help me by using my world training. I, as a new Christian, only knew those things the world taught me. I only knew how to use human effort, human techniques, human systems, and human methods to get what I needed. BUT, make it clear to me that You REQUIRE that I use spiritual techniques, systems, and methods. Show me that, that is why You provided me with a special, perfectly clean record with God so that none of my mistakes and errors of procedure would be held against me.

Jesus, help me understand that just like I had to learn a little bit at a time how to live as a human, so will I have to learn a little bit at a time how to live as a child of God. Show me that You want me to allow You to use Your special training method to assist me in learning how to have a special relationship with You. You want me to relax and allow You to introduce me into a powerful and very effective way for me to learn all I need to know. But, help me see that it is going to take a lot of study and prayer for me to grow into a mature, adult child of God. Empower me be willing to put the same kind of time and effort into this as I did learning how to live as a human.

Jesus, teach me that the problem I face with getting Your help WITH ANYTHING is understanding how life with You works.

1. Jesus, help me learn that You honor my God-given free will all the time; You will only do what I DESIRE You to do. If I think there are any benefits to me having problems with loss of a loved one, let me ask You to help me with my DESIRE to be set free.


2. Jesus, teach me that You will only use Bible principles I am familiar with; if I haven’t STUDIED and learned a Bible principle, You won’t use it. Teach me that the Bible has the truths that will empower me to be set free from my issues with loss of a loved one; STUDY is my way into freedom.


3. Jesus, teach me that You won’t help me with anything I don’t PRAY and ask You to help me with; I must invite You into my situation with loss of a loved one.


4. Jesus, teach me that I have to learn how to wait for You to give me the faith I need so I can BELIEVE and be sure You have given me Your power to win over my issues with loss of a loved one.


5. Teach me, Jesus, to desire to be set free by Your mighty power so I can be used by You to bring healing and blessings to other hurting people. Help me not just get healed from my problems with loss of a loved one for myself; empower me to do it for my friends as well; teach me that this will be me yielding to God’s LOVE.


6. Jesus, empower me to take FAITH-ACTION. Teach me that this is where You and I work together to let me DO those things You have miraculously provided in my life. Help me allow thoughts, feelings, words, and deeds to flow out of me that demostrate my faith in Your healing power. Help me start practicing doing things I couldn’t do before because of my difficulties with loss of a loved one.

Jesus, help me see that once I start living on the basis of these six Biblical principles, I will start experiencing a greater degree of Your power-relationship. Show me that this power-relationship with You will set me free from problems and issues that are trying to defeat me.

Jesus, help me realize that when I am invited into looking at the benefits and the introduction into HELP eMagazine, it really isn’t the magazine that is being presented. Help me see that this magazine doesn’t have the power to help me with my difficulties with loss of a loved one. Help me understand that what the magazine does is present the Bible principles that You will be using to work miracles in my life. I may start out looking for some type of procedures I can use to solve my own problems. However, teach me that I need someone more powerful that can help me with my issues.

Jesus, help me with the power to be able to avoid procedures, techniques, and systems that will fail me. Help me avoid people, their advice, their opinions, and their principles that will fail me. Help me yield to Your power to control my circumstances so I will be able to avoid outside influences that will force me to fail.

Jesus, since most of the time I haven’t been exposed to programs that don’t try to teach me what to do to solve my own problems, show me that these “Getting Acquainted” courses can be very important. If I am looking for how to solve my own issues with loss of a loved one, then I will be looking for something that isn’t being presented. If I am led into looking for how I can get You to help me with my struggles with loss of a loved one, then I will get the right answers.

Jesus, teach me that “HELP Benefits” and “HELP Introduction” will lead me into finding out what YOU can do for ME. They will lay the foundation for me moving into a lifestyle that is better than anything I can get through any other method.
