Jesus, since this program is dealing with the concept of “understanding,” help see that it is impossible for me to apply the solution until I have a clear understanding of it. Make it clear to me that You don’t just want to give me a bunch of principles for me to apply, You want to establish a relationship with me. Show me that the only way for me to UNDERSTAND the solutions is for me to get to know You better. Help me get to know You better.

Jesus, get me ready for this four study program; get me ready for the first study called: “Understanding Loss Of A Loved One Issues,” then use it to get me ready for the second one called: “Understanding The Solution Part One,” then use it to get me ready for the third called: “Understanding The Solution Part Two,” and then use those three studies to get me ready for the fourth one called: “Understanding Jesus’ Help.”

• Jesus, You are providing this program for those who are being motivated by their problem or spiritual issue to seek You with all their heart. Help me have a clear understanding of this so I will allow my problem or spiritual issue to properly motivate me to seek You.


• Jesus, You are providing this program for those who are willing to allow You to take that problem or issue and use it to help them grow in training and power. Help me see this major problem as something for You to use to motivate me to be trained and empowered to win over it and all the other issues in my life.


• Jesus, You are providing this program for those who are willing to allow You to help them be set free from their major problem or issues. Give me a strong desire to be motivated to learn how to win over this major issue in my life.


• Jesus, You are providing this program for those who are willing to share their breakthroughs with others who face the same difficulties. Help me learn how to win in such a way that I will know the steps, tools, and spiritual growth procedures so I can share them with others.

Jesus, even though I have had to deal with this major problem all the time, help me see that there are a lot of aspects of it that I do not understand. Use the many people in the Bible to help me, who have personally gone through these types of problems. Show me the Biblical solutions You showed these victorious people. You helped them discover and learn how to avoid misunderstanding, bad solutions, traps, pitfalls, and dead-end streets. Take these people in the Bible and help me avoid all these blockages.

In this study, Jesus, help me understand what the REAL problem is. Help me by clarifying the causes, the characteristics of the problem, where the solutions can be found, and how to get Your power involved in revealing where it is establishing its stronghold.

In these two studies, Jesus, take me into what You have to offer me, as I try to get the supernatural help You have to offer. Teach me that Your Biblical principles, systems, and philosophies actually work on my most difficult situations. Teach me that these truths, presented from the Bible, are the ones that You used to set the people in the Bible free from things they thought they couldn’t possibly be delivered from.

In these two studies, Jesus, lead me into an examination of what I can expect, as I start to allow You to show me how to be helped and healed. Give me a chance to see why I will be experiencing the deliverance I have been looking for. Make it clear to me that Your principles all make sense; they just have to be attached to the power-relationship You are offering me. Help me see that once I have this power-relationship with You and I apply Your principles, I will be able to experience the miracles of help, healing, and deliverance.

Jesus, help me see that once I understand the principles, concepts, philosophies, and techniques that You use to help me be healed, I will be ready to get to know You better. Help me see that You aren’t just about principles and solutions, You are also about friendship and relationship. It is true that You think thoughts that are supernatural and incredibly wise. But, show me that You also feel feelings that are incredibly loving, caring, and kind. Help me realize that getting to know You on a relational level will help me trust You much more.

Through this study, Jesus, help me see Your character and attitudes; use it to explain the reasons behind many of Your principles and requirements. It is important to me and even more important to You that I understand where You are coming from. Help me understand so I can take advantage of all You offer because I trust You.
