If you are the type of person who is sensitive to the issues of fault and blame, then you may be trying to keep the BLAME shifted away from you for this money problem. However, Jesus is not involved in the blame business.

Jesus isn’t trying to help you find out whose fault it was for creating money issues; He is trying to help you find out how it can be fixed. Even if you or someone else has had a lot of bad desires, used a lot of bad financial systems, and made a whole bunch of bad decisions, it still isn’t a matter of whose fault it is. It is a matter of what it’s going to take to bring financial health and healing to you.

Jesus is going to have to show you how to find out what you are doing wrong so it can be fixed and healed. The only way this is going to happen is by you being able and willing to look at your past behavior and see where you went wrong. Then God and the Bible will start teaching you a better way of approaching spending, desires, income, relationships and circumstances.

God can prosper you, once you and those involved with you have been healed from any inappropriate spending. He can bless you with skills, better abilities, desires to advance in your training, and superior opportunities for making more money.

But, not being healed first would be like putting your money in a bag with a big hole in the bottom of it. A lot of money may go into it; but, you would NEVER benefit from all that money.

Let Jesus give you a quick look at what you and He need to work on; see if you can find the area where you need to pray and ask for His help:

• Do you like saving money; or, do you just like spending it?


• Are you willing to learn better skills so you can make more money in less time; or, are you satisfied with the abilities you have?


• Are you willing to keep looking for better job opportunities; or, do you want to stay where you are?


• Are you willing to let Jesus show you how to work; or, do you just want to follow your own work pattern?

If you start taking these issues before God and approach Him using the right methods, He will help you get financial breakthroughs and healing. Let Jesus show you what the correct methods are for getting God’s help.
