YOUR LOVE
You Must Submitting Your Body So You Can Love
Your New Love Comes From God
Rom 5:5 (NIV) And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out HIS LOVE into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, Whom He has given us. Yielding to God’s LOVE is a moment-by-moment and issue-by-issue process. Everytime you start to make a decision or take an action you are faced with whether or not you will yield to God’s love. Is your decision or action a win/win decision or action; or, is it a purely selfish or self-centered one? Are you causing yourself to believe you are doing it for someone’s benefit but really aren’t? Your body will be pushing you for animalistic, selfish, and self-centered decisions and actions. If you don’t apply The Six Biblical Principles to these actions and decisions, your body will win.
Winning Over Your Body
1. Your Life As A Spirit Being
Rom 8:13-14 (NIV) For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if BY the Spirit YOU put to death THE MISDEEDS of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. We have mostly seen our self as a physical person who IS a body. We have assumed that the animalistic desires of our body that craves pleasures and demands experiences that end up disappointing us, as being OUR desires and wishes. The truth is, we are a spirit living IN a body. You, as a spirit being who has been born again, actually love the things of God: Rom 7:22 (NIV) For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;
2. Your Life As A Human
Romans 7:22-23 makes it clear: For in my inner being [spirit] I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in the members of MY body, waging war against the law of MY mind and making ME a prisoner of the law of sin at work within MY members. Yes, you are a spirit being; but, you live in a body that has drives, demands, and needs that are being communicated to you. If your body couldn’t communicate with you, then you wouldn’t need to submit it to Jesus; it would just do what it was told. But, because it got a SINFUL NATURE through Adam and Eve’s sin, it is FORCING you to do things you shouldn’t.
3. Your Life With A Human Body
Rom 7:16-17 (NIV) And IF I do what I DO NOT WANT to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. The SINFUL NATURE is living in your human body; that SINFUL NATURE is driving, controlling, and running your body. Your body is winning over your spirit; it is dominate because it is the part of you that interacts with the physical world. You need to learn a whole new system for MAKING your body do what YOU WANT.
4. Your Life As A Christian Human
Rom 7:20-21 (NIV) Now IF I do what I DO NOT WANT to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. So I find this law at work: When I WANT to do good, evil is right there with me. With your perfect record with God, He no longer sees you as being the one who is doing wrong, bad, and evil. BUT, even though God looks at you and your body that way, you and the people around you DON’T. They and you see you going around mistreating them and yourself; AND, they are holding you responsible for it. Plus, God is insisting that, for every person you do hurt during this time, you MUST go back and make it right with them.

5. Your Life As A True Christian
According to Romans 7:17 and 20, it is NO LONGER you who is doing these misdeeds; it was you before salvation but it isn’t now. However, God is only going to look at you and your body this way for as long as you WANT to do the right, good, and righteous things, and, as long as you continue to HATE doing the wrong, bad, and evil things. If you fail to do anything good and didn’t ACTUALLY WANT to, you sinned; it wasn’t a misdeed. If you do anything bad and didn’t ACTUALLY HATE it, you sinned; it wasn’t a misdeed. This MUST ALWAYS be you: Rom 7:15 (NIV) I do not understand what I do. For what I WANT to do I do not do, but what I HATE I do.
6. Your Life As A Fake Christian
If you decide to simply forgive, excuse, or explain the failure away, you will have sinned; it was not a misdeed. If you go to your friends and try to get them to tell you it wasn’t your fault, you sinned, it wasn’t a misdeed. You MUST “do what it takes” to WANT and HATE the way Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible tell you to. So, how do you “do what it takes” to go from just WANTING and HATING the way you are supposed to? How do you use your WANT and HATE to motivate you to pray the “wretched” person prayer: Rom 7:24 (NIV) What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?
7. You “Doing What It Takes”
What if you try to apply The Six Biblical Principles using human effort and world training? What if you TRY to DESIRE, STUDY, PRAY, BELIEVE, LOVE, and take FAITH-ACTION? You WILL fail! You MUST apply The Three Keys To All Christianity to The Six Biblical Principles. God isn’t asking YOU to produce DESIRE, STUDY, PRAYER, BELIEF, LOVE, and FAITH-ACTION. It isn’t what you can do for God; it is what God can do for you. You aren’t having to use your love to love people. Romans 5:5 told you that God gave you HIS LOVE so you could love yourself, other people, and Him. That is the way ALL of Christianity works.
8. Looking To Jesus For “Doing What It Takes”
Mat 7:7 (NIV) ASK and it will be given to you; SEEK and you will find; KNOCK and the door will be opened to you. Jesus clearly tells you what will happen if you use these three keys to all of Christianity. He is assuming that you are using them on the right things; if not, they won’t work; but, using them on The Six Biblical Principles is the right thing; AND they WILL work on them.
9. The Three Keys On The Six Principles
Do you DESIRE to submit your body to Jesus? If the answer is “no” or “I’m not sure,” then no problem. All you have to do is, ASK Jesus to help, train, and empower you to GET that DESIRE. If you are addicted, trapped, overwhelmed, or enslaved to a situation, a lifestyle, a job or career, or a relationship, turn to Jesus and ASK Him to work you a miracle. It isn’t what you can do for God; it is what God can do for you. He can take His LOVE, that the Holy Spirit poured into your heart, and help you GRADUALLY start seeing how much you are hurting yourself and others. This will help you DESIRE to give up anything that is labelled a sin by God.
ALWAYS Pray And Ask To Yield
The only way you are going to start seeing this situation the way God sees it is to pray and ask Him to change your way of thinking. God isn’t going to leave you here in this dissatisfied, confusing, and frustrating condition for very long. But, you need to stay here long enough so He can take you to the next level in training. The only way you are going to be able to be helped with your problems with spirituality is to see where these problems are coming from NOW. That is the only way you and God are going to be able to work together to help you win over your body. God’s LOVE is going to show you how you are not only hurting yourself, you are hurting others; this will help you pray with a greater intensity for being set free.
