How Do You Submit
Your Life To Jesus Through Faith-Action?

Opening Doors To People
Love-Action
Mark 12:31b (NIV) “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Loving yourself in a Biblical way and loving your neighbor in a Biblical way has a lot to do with ACTION. James 2:15-17 (NIV) Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, FAITH by itself, if it is not accompanied by ACTION, is dead. It has to do with being able to see and feel needs, pain, and problems beyond yourself. The world sees a need in a person and tries to exploit it. The greater the need typically means they charge you more money. If it is a life and death need, you can expect to be charged so much that, if you don’t have insurance, you will have to sell everything to get help.

Demonstrating Your Love
To love your neighbor as yourself is to see how you would feel if you were in another persons situation. First, you love yourself in a Biblical way so you will really appreciate what Jesus has, is, and will be doing for you. Then you take that self-love and apply it to the people around you. Mat 7:12 (NIV) So in EVERYTHING, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. The more you want the great things of God done to you, the more your love for your neighbor is broadened and strengthened. Rom 5:8 (NIV) But God DEMONSTRATES His own LOVE for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus made major sacrifices for you BECAUSE He was able to identify with your needs. He wanted you to have what He has so much that He gave up His comforts, position, and pleasures to do what it took to help you.

A Win/Win Lifestyle
Phil 2:4 (NIV) Each of you should look NOT ONLY to your own interests, but ALSO to the interests of others. Biblical love gives you the ability to make wise decisions. Jesus helps you come up with ways of being able to meet everyones needs that are involved in a situation. Jesus helps you evaluate all the needs in a group and devise a plan for not leaving anyone out. He helps you produce fair, just, and caring systems and plans that make sure no one is cheated, preferred, left out, or treated better. You and the people around you are blessed as you yield to God’s love, power, and wisdom. FAITH-ACTION is a type of ACTION that shows people how much we are ALL loved by God. Through this type of love, you will want to be set free from your struggles with spirituality so you can help others with these types of problems.

How Is FAITH-ACTION
Different From Human Action?
Doing Things Through Faith
Heb 11:1 (NIV) Now faith is being SURE of what we hope for and CERTAIN of what we do not see. Faith is a spiritual tool, ability, and power that comes from Jesus for the spirit realm; you have a “faith” that is human; and, is actually a confidence or conviction that has been produced through repeated success. If you have been able to jump over a fence many times in the past, you “believe” you will be able to keep doing it. You have developed a self-confidence in that achievement. Real faith comes from Jesus; He controls it, dispenses it, and withholds it in accordance with God’s will. If something isn’t good for you or the people around you, then Jesus won’t give you His faith so you can BELIEVE for it. If you don’t want His faith so you can BELIEVE something, then He won’t give it to you. If you don’t know faith for something is available to you, then Jesus won’t give it to you. But, if you don’t get faith for those things you need, it will keep you from living certain aspects of The Victorious Christian Life.

Why Do You Apply The Six Biblical Principles?
Why DESIRE something, if you are never going to get it? Why STUDY and learn a whole bunch of information, if you are never going to be able to apply it to your life? Why keep PRAYING for something, if God is never going to answer any of your prayers? Why look to Jesus for His faith to BELIEVE something if all you do is get your hopes up and then get disappointed? Why LOVE and care for other people’s needs, if Jesus isn’t going to provide you with the resources to help them? Your MAIN reason for basing your life on the first five Biblical principles is so you can take the sixth Biblical principle, FAITH-ACTION, and live on the basis of the fact that you HAVE it.

FAITH-ACTION In Your Life
The first five Biblical Principles are all about changing, blessing, transforming, and empowering your life. Jesus empowers you to take advantage of these first five Biblical principles. Then He responds to your yielding to them by joining you in FAITH-ACTION. As you apply The Three Keys To All Of Christianity to them, powerful things start flowing from Jesus into your life. If you allow Jesus to help you with the FAITH-ACTION step, all those things you have needed will start showing up in the moments and issues of your life.

You have been bring your difficulties with spirituality to Jesus and allowing Him to help you with them. Through your DESIRES to be set free from these difficulties, He has been teaching you that there are powerful tools that bring the results you have been looking for. As you head in the direction of being set free from spirituality, you are actually being equipped with tools, systems, methods, and principles that work on EVERYTHING.

FAITH-ACTION Is Based On Faith
When Jesus speaks faith into you, that is the moment when you get the answer to the DESIRE you have, the STUDY you have done, and the PRAYERS you prayed. He speaks a faith into you that is telling you, okay, you HAVE that thing you have been DESIRING, STUDYING about, and PRAYING for. But, having something and using it are two different things. If you don’t take FAITH-ACTION, it just lays dormmate in your life; or, it stays in the spirit realm and never is manifest in your physical life. When Jesus speaks faith into you, it becomes your responsibility to ASK, SEEK, and KNOCK for being able to yield to that faith. BELIEVING is the product of faith; but, it is a supernatural ability that you can’t take advantage of on your own. Our biggest problem with these provisions of Jesus is, once we get one of them, we want to take it from there.

Faith In Jesus Is A Relationship
John 15:5 (NIV) I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man REMAINS in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing. If you don’t BELIEVE what Jesus said here in John 15:5 that apart from HIM you can do nothing, then your faith, trust, reliance, and dependency won’t be TOTALLY locked into Him. You will BELIEVE that you must get those things from Jesus that you are DESIRING, STUDYING about, and PRAYING for; but, once you get them, you will try to leave Jesus and go use them on your own. That is like a machine that you put money in, push a button, get the product, and then go use that product however you want. Jesus wants a life, a relationship with you; He doesn’t want a machine relationship, a business relationship, or a platonic relationship with you. As He sets you free from your struggles with spirituality, pray that He will help you so appreciate it that you maintain a close relationship with Him.

Remaining In Jesus Produces Faith
John 15:7 (NIV) If you REMAIN in Me and My words REMAIN in you, ASK whatever you wish, and it will be given you. What if you WISHED to get even with someone? Could you apply the ASK whatever you wish, and it will be given you passage? No! Because wishing to get even with someone isn’t remaining in Jesus. But, if you are “doing what it takes” to submit your life and remain in Jesus, THEN you can ASK whatever you wish, and it will be given you. Submitting your life and remaining in Jesus is a relationship that is close and intimate. You aren’t just USING Jesus to get what you want; you love Him, respect Him, trust Him, and BELIEVE in Him. Once you BELIEVE in Jesus like this, you are ready to receive His faith so you can BELIEVE you have those things you need.

What Is Faith-Action?
Faith-action is living on the basis of the fact that Jesus has told you that you HAVE the thing you have been DESIRING, STUDYING about, and PRAYING for. Living on the basis of the fact is where you JOIN Jesus and allow Him to either live it through you, or, help you take advantage of it. If you desperately need a car, then when Jesus supplies you with that car, you start using it the way Jesus wants it used. You don’t just thank Him intensely and then use it however you want to use it; that isn’t a relationship. You and Jesus use that car for those things that put you and Him in the right place, at the right time, doing and saying the right things, to the right people. This is you submitting your life to Jesus; this is you remaining in Jesus so you can ASK whatever you wish, and it will be given you.

Letting Bible Examples Teach You Faith-Action
Jesus made sure that large quanities of people’s lives were documented so you could look at them and see how you should live. It is a good thing to get the principles down in your mind, it is a good thing to embrace them with your heart, and it is a good thing to have Jesus speak faith into you so you can BELIEVE you have it. But, if you understand what Jesus is trying to do in and through you by means of FAITH-ACTION, then it will be easier for you to cooperate with Him. For the rest of this study and prayer time, Jesus will be taking you through the lives of people recorded in the Bible. He will be showing you where the pitfalls are, where the successes are, and where you can start ASKING Him to shape your life in the right direction.
