I Am Activating The Six Biblical Principles
Mat 7:7-8 (NIV) ASK and it will be given to you; SEEK and you will find; KNOCK and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who ASKS receives; he who SEEKS finds; and to him who KNOCKS, the door will be opened. Jesus, since ASK, SEEK, and KNOCK are The Three Keys To All Of Christianity, and, since they make everything in Christianity work, teach me how to get them working in the decisions of my life.
I Am Getting Jesus Involved
Jesus, I am just starting to learn the importance of The Six Biblical Principles for all of my decisions. Now I am being exposed to The Three Keys To All Of Christianity. Help me not get frustrated or confused as you teach me how to use the ASK key, the SEEK key, and the KNOCK key to apply The Six Biblical Principles. Teach me that the only things that keep me from trying to use my human DESIRE, STUDY, PRAYER, BELIEVING, LOVE, and FAITH-ACTION are The Three Keys To All Of Christianity. Even though all this is new to me, keep teaching me that it is only when I use the ASK key and ASK You to empower me to DESIRE, STUDY, PRAY, BELIEVE, LOVE, and take FAITH-ACTION that I get Your power to apply The Six Biblical Principles.
I Can’t Do It
Jesus, I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the DESIRE to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out (Rom 7:18). Make it clear to me that as long as I realize I cannot carry it out, I will relax and allow The Three Keys To All Of Christianity help me get Your power to appy The Six Biblical Principles. Show me that ASK is simply me praying and asking You to help me apply each item in The Six Biblical Principles. Help me use the ASK key to invite You into helping me fullfill each of these items. Help me see that it is because of my God-given free will that You WON’T help me with these six principles and every decision I make.

I Have To ASK
Rev 3:20 (NIV) Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with Me. Jesus help me understand how the truths in Revelation 3:20 and Matthew 28:18 work together in helping me make decisions. Mat 28:18 (NIV) Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Since You have all authority in heaven and on earth why don’t You do more to help me make decisions? Why do You just stand at the door of my heart and MIND and knock while I make wrong, bad, or evil decisions? Make it clear to me that if I am going to get the answer to these questions, I must understand how powerful my God-given free will is.

I Have To ASK Because Of My God-Given Free Will
2 Pet 3:9 (NIV) The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not WANTING ANYONE to perish, but EVERYONE to come to repentance. Jesus, if God doesn’t WANT me to perish, why will He allow me to DECIDE to do things that cause me to perish? If it is NOT God’s will for ANYONE to perish and yet He allows them to perish if they want to, then help me see that my God-given free will is completely under my control. Teach me that The Three Keys To All Of Christianity and The Six Biblical Principles are God’s way of helping me with my POWERFUL God-given free will.

I Have To ASK Because I Am Free
John 8:36 (NIV) So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. Jesus, help me understand that the moment I was born again, I was set free on a level that went beyond my wildest imagination. Help me see that prior to salvation and justification, Satan, the world, and my body pushed me, tempted me, addicted me, and enslaved me. Then all at once, I was born again and I was set FREE! Now, I have to ASK for EVERYTHING I get from God. Show me that this is because I am FREE! God gave me my free will back; so, help me see that if I don’t DECIDE “do what it takes” to get God’s help, He will wait until I do.

I Have To ASK Because Jesus Is Knocking
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock: Jesus, make it clear to me that even though You have all authority in heaven and on earth You will wait for my moment-by-moment, issue-by-issue decisions as to whether or not I DESIRE Your help. Show me that I can’t make a general request for Your help; I can’t just set a general rule that I always want Your help; I have to ASK for Your help with every single issue I face. Teach me that it is a moment-by-moment, issue-by-issue decision I make all day long. This is how my God-given free will is honored all day long.

I Have To ASK Because Jesus Is Waiting
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door: Jesus, help me see that if I DECIDE to apply the ASK key and invite You into an issue, I have just OPENED THE DOOR for You to come into that situation and help me make good choices and decisions. Show me that if I make ASKING a part of my lifestyle, then I will be opening every door of every one of my decisions to You.

I Must Want A Close Relationship With Jesus
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with Me: Jesus, help me understand that You do want to help me with my decisions as it relates to my friendships, my marriage, my family, my business, and my career; but, You mainly want to help me with my decisions that help me have a close relationship with You. Help me see that I am currently DECIDING to pursue You by involving myself in these studies and prayers. Show me that this is one of the most important decisions I make everyday.
