Jesus, I believe You have the ability and willingness to help everyone regardless of where they are in life. Whether I am suffering from some major problem that is debilitating me to such a degree that I am about to give up on life, or, I am doing great and am ready to start helping hurting people, I believe You have something for me.

Jesus, I believe You have helped and empowered Your people to prepare programs and studies so You can help me where I am. Show me that HELP eMagazine is submitted to You as an internet magazine. And, You are making it available to help me from beginning to the end of my life. I believe You are ready to work with me on my personal needs and friendships.

• Jesus, in those areas where I am needing help in my own life, I believe You are ready to address any issues I may be going through. I believe You are ready to help me with anything from a minor problem to the most difficult struggle I face.


• Jesus, in those areas where I am looking for a good source of material for daily encouragement and training, I believe You are ready to use the resources provided by HELP eMagazine to assist me in living life to its fullest.


• Jesus, in those areas where I am wanting to help others, I believe You are ready to help me in making sure things are working well in my own life so I will know how and be ready to help those around me. Help me take advantage of my spiritual growth and training and be able to use these materials to help others.


• Jesus, in those areas where things are working well in my own life but I don’t know how I got there, use these materials to help me apply step-by-step methods to share what I have with others. Teach me that it is VERY important for me to only share those things my friends are ready for spiritually.

Jesus, also help me understand that I can’t help others with things I haven’t gained success in for myself; but, solve this problem by helping me reach my highest goals in life. Help me BECOME the person I need to be. Help me BE a great asset and source of encouragement and healing to the people around me.

Jesus, help me learn from this illustration: I might jump in my car, adjust the seat to the perfect position, set all my mirrors so I can see all around me, take the emergency brake off, and put the car in gear; but, if I haven’t engaged the engine, it is going to be a short trip. Help me always keep in mind that everything may be ready; but without the power of the engine, I will be going nowhere.

Jesus, teach me that POWER to live a life that is morally good, with philosophies that work in real life, having attitudes that are acceptable to me and my friends, and with words, actions, thoughts, and feelings that help me and my friends succeed in life, are vital for me and those around me.

Jesus, show me that being changed is one thing; the POWER to change in the right direction is a whole different issue. Help me see that no matter how great, successful, and powerful I get in my leadership positions, if I am morally wrong, have philosophies that don’t work, have attitudes that are mean and evil, and my words, actions, thoughts, and feelings are corrupt, then every change I make to my world will be bad.

Jesus, help me understand that You have been working on the issue of good attitudes and character from the very beginning of time. Make it clear to me that Your number one concern and effort have been working on the internal character of us humans.

Jesus, help me see that we, as humans, don’t put a lot of work in the attitude and character area. We just want to be able to know how to make money, buy things, get positions, popularity, and power, and have a successful and happy life. You want to take me through study, training, and empowerment so I influence my world in the right direction.
