Jesus can help you break down the barrier between you and the people around you. Loneliness comes from a lack of meaningful and enjoyable relationships; and, Jesus has wonderful principles that make that happen. He can show you things about yourself that will help you open up to the people around you. He will train you and empower you with skills that help people open up to you.
Loneliness cannot be gotten rid of just by being around people. You have to know how to establish close enough relationships with these people in order to be able to open your heart and share with them and them with you. There are things you feel and think that you will have to be healed from. You need Jesus to teach you truths that will set you free from being walled off from other people.
Jesus will help you learn how to build relationships with people; and, He will help you build them into relationships that will be satisfying to you and to others. He will help you trust Him so you can be changed and transformed into a person with wonderful people skills.
There are a lot of things that keep meaningful and enjoyable relationships from happening. But, you will be helped to learn how to address each one of the causes and be able to be the kind of person others enjoy being around. You will learn how to love yourself and other people in such a way that you will understand mutual benefits and relationships.
