Jesus wants our time, efforts, and valuables used, expended, and shared with the people He chooses. He requires that all our wealth and valuables flow through us like a river. He requires us to go where He wants us to go, when He wants us to go, so we can do what He wants us to do. Everything about us has to be flexible and under His control.

If we want to live by the Spirit, then we have to join Jesus in the life and ministry He is living and doing. He is totally under the Father’s leadership and control. This takes a lot of prayer in order for a human to be able to yield to such a way of life and ministry.

What would keep us from being able to see how valuable the Kingdom of God is? In this next study, Jesus shows us the problem.
