Eyes NOT Looking In The Right Direction:



Lust
1 John 2:16 (NIV) For everything in the world--the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does--comes not from the Father but from the world.
2 Pet 2:14 (NIV) With eyes full of adultery, they never stop sinning; they seduce the unstable; they are experts in greed--an accursed brood!

Ever watch a TV program that presented adultery as being a good thing? How long does it take for us to watch others on TV commit adultery before it contaminates our heart? No one decides to become an adulterer, someone addicted to sex, or someone addicted to porn. The way to commit adultery, get addicted to sex or porn is to start looking. The human eyes are what started sin in the world in the first place.
