Mat 7:7-8 (NIV) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

Don’t Have A Plan B
Mat 7:7 (NIV) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

It is very important to God that we be committed to Him alone. He often waits to let us decide whether or not He is going to be our only source. Many come to God first. Then, if He refuses to answer the way they want, they go somewhere else for the answer.
If we get the answer from some other source, we have gone against God in several ways.
  • He may have been wanting to do something better.
  • He may have been protecting us from something that would damage us.
  • He may have been waiting on a special timing.
  • We have made something else our source.
God does use other means as His way to supply our needs. But by keeping on praying until all is clear, we will know whether or not it is God’s will for us to have it and how He wants us to get it.
