Jesus’ Sermon On The Mount
Study Twenty-Six

This Is Day Two
You Are On Page Two of Two Pages

How Are You Really Doing?
John 16:8 (NIV) When He comes, He will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment.

We have all experienced this. The things and pleasures of this world do not satisfy. There is still a hunger deep down inside that just will not be filled with the things of this world. How are people going to start understanding why all these worldly blessing don’t satisfy? They are going to find out through a relationship with Christians who love their enemies and who pray for those who persecute them.
As we love our neighbors and enemies, we build wonderful relationships with those God is drawing. As God draws some of those we are showing love to, they start to take an interest in spiritual things. When they do, we will be there to explain to them the principles of the Kingdom of heaven.

Even our enemies will have access to our explanations. Depending on how many enemies we have, we could potentially double our exposure to all kinds of people with the message of Jesus’ saving grace.

This concludes your studying for today.
