John 14:26 (NIV) But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

Remember what Jesus wanted His next generation disciples to be taught?

Mat 28:18-20 (NIV) Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

How do we yield to the Holy Spirit? We allow Him to start teaching and reminding us of all Jesus said. The Holy Spirit is the only One commissioned and qualified to take the Kingdom concepts found in the Gospels and open them up to us.

We have spent two years getting our hearts prepared for a complete cleansing from Jesus. We have looked at various Scriptures and Biblical principles that were necessary to help us so grow spiritually that we are now ready for Jesus to purify us. He is going to “weed out” ALL of the philosophies and principles of the world. Your life and ministry are going to have to give up everything that isn’t God’s way of thinking, talking, and living.

Every worldly concept that remains in your heart will contaminate Jesus’ words, life, and ministry. You have probably found yourself mixing worldly concepts with spiritual ones. We have been laying our entire life down through desire, study, prayer, faith, and faith-action so we would be ready for Jesus to do His complete work in and through us.
