The eighth course, The Kingdom, lifts your eyes into eternity.
- The Pursuit of God: The Kingdom course explains why God has pursued us with such love and persistence.
- The Greatness of God: Right now, while living on this planet, it isn’t always that impressive as to how great God is. We often take the wonders of this world for granted. And, we can feel the temporary aspects of all we do and gain here. But, when we mix the greatness of eternity with the greatness of God, we can see a permanence that makes everything have hope and meaning. God is currently limiting His greatness because we are so fragile and human. When we see Him through the eyes of Kingdom provisions forever, we see a greatness that extends into eternal power and love. These two studies melt together to form a respect and love for God that expands into infinity.
- The Dream: This course helps us see that the dream is more than a dream for this current world and way of life. The way we allow God to fulfill His dream in us now is going to not only bless us here but also in eternity.
- The Children of God: The Kingdom course awakens an understanding of what the Bible is talking about when it speaks to us concerning eternal life. We are going to be able to live as God’s children forever and ever. His provisions include not only those things we can obtain now but also those things we are going to inherit, as family members, for eternity.
- The Word of God: The Bible explains the great correlation there is between the life we live now and how it effect the benefits we get in eternity. As the Bible explains eternity, it starts bringing real meaning to life on this earth. If we don’t realize there is life after death, life here fails to bring real satisfaction and purpose. It would be like going through all the required college courses without ever getting to become the professional you were studying to be.
In life here, just about the time a person reaches their full potential, they die. However, all that potential is carried on into eternity. God rewards us for all our preparation here by giving us great opportunities to use them in His eternal Kingdom. That is why we need to take all these courses. The study of God’s Word and praying to get the Biblical principles into our lives blesses us now and gives us great rewards in heaven.

- Hearing God’s Voice: God is preparing you to live His Kingdom out in front of the people around you. He wants them to see what His Kingdom is going to be like in eternity. Being able to hear His voice and follow His plan will produce a life through you that demonstrates some of the wonderful aspects of His Kingdom for all to see. The unique, special things He wants to do through you will help you and others live now and prepare for the future in His eternal Kingdom.
- God’s Answers to Prayer: Jesus brought the issue of the eternal Kingdom into the prayer He taught us to pray. Mat 6:10 (NIV) your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. The Kingdom course teaches us how to ask God to prepare us now for the great and wonderful Kingdom that is coming soon.
- The Kingdom: Many people don’t even know God is preparing a special place for them to live all during eternity. They are only living for this life with little or no preparation for what’s coming next. This course helps us have an eternal perspective. We are to start living the Kingdom now and that will enhance all we are and do in eternity. To live this life without an eternal perspective is to live without a true purpose.
Our life here on earth is temporary and filled with problems and pitfalls. The rules we live by here are built around a temporary body, temporary possessions, temporary positions, temporary relationships, limited power, and a temporary world. This course lifts our eyes up to the incredible future and place where Kingdom rules and Kingdom benefits apply for eternity.
