Mat 28:18-20 (NIV) Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The objective of Maturing: Year Three is for you to let Jesus train you on how to be a World Changer, who is obeying everything Jesus commanded you. Then you are going and making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded you. Jesus is teaching you His life, message, ministry, and methods. This is a powerful study program that helps you go through the Bible looking at all the people God caused to be written in His Book.

While Jesus is using the various programs in World Changers TLC to help you train your friends, He will be using Maturing: Year Three to help you, as His disciple, to be ready to train your friends. You have learned the principles of Devotions With Jesus for your new and untrained Christians. You know how to use HELP eMagazine to help those of your friends that have moderate to major life issues. And now you are learning how to take all of them and help them become World Changers.

It is vital that your friends be able to start where they are. If the program is too simple, they will get bored. If it is over their head, they will get frustrated and quit. You have been learning how to diagnose more and more people, so you can get them started in the training and praying that addresses their needs. Maturing: Year Three will be exposing you to people in the Bible, who had almost every possible problem known to man. They will raise your level of diagnostic skills to an incredible height.

Even though you and your friend are studying in different programs, you will be working together in a very special way. For those in Devotions With Jesus, you can use Beginning: Year One to follow along with them. For those in HELP eMagazine, you will be able to rely on Growing: Year Two to keep you up to speed on their needs and progress. As you gain more and more friends, you will always be able to access the HELP eMagazine special resources to get prayers, books, booklets, pamphlets, and worksheets to help them.

The time you spend with your friends needs to be to deal with questions, special misunderstandings, unique personal needs, and helping them work with their friends. Their Bible training and prayer life needs to be facilitated with those things that can be with them 24/7, 365 days out of the year. They need information and prayers that are especially prepared for their spiritual growth. You can’t be with them all the time. And, big group meetings can become a “one-size-fits-all” presentation sometimes.

As your friends start growing, the ones who have completed Devotions With Jesus can get started with Beginning: Year One. They can start working with their friends and your friends, who are just getting started as new and untrained Christians. Then those who have completed HELP eMagazine, will be able to work with those who are ready for HELP eMagazine. They will be guided through Growing: Year Three, so they will know how to help their and your friends, who are on that spiritual level and have those needs.

While all these people are getting their training and prayers taken care of, you and your trainees (disciples) will be getting your spiritual needs met through Maturing: Year Three. And, because everyone is able to have plenty of Biblical training and prayer everyday, your times with your friends can be very specific and relational. You won’t be desperately trying to cram Biblical truths into them every time you get together. You will be able to relax and just address those things that are troubling them. The foundational training is coming into them five days a week.

Anyone can get started in Devotions With Jesus, get to a place where Jesus has prepared their heart to start sharing, and then, while still moving forward in Devotions With Jesus, can start Beginning: Year One. The quicker they get started sharing the breakthroughs they get from Jesus, the quicker Jesus will start pouring out His power and love on them. Jesus wants everyone to love others enough to share Him with them. But, because they are limited in their Bible knowledge, they will have Biblical support, through Beginning: Year One, to help them get started with a mighty training and prayer program that helps them share.

If your friends meet someone who is more advanced in Jesus than them, there will always be Bible studies and prayers for them to introduce them into. And, you will be there to help them get their needs met through you. Because everyone is being exposed to powerful Bible training and prayer, as they duplicate themselves in the lives of others, the quality of spiritual growth will be high. It won’t be the blind leading the blind, the babies trying to raise babies, or the misinformed trying to duplicate themselves.
