There was a lady in our Bible training program that was causing a lot of problems with all those around her. The staff kept coming to us and laying out all the things she was doing to herself and those around her. These issues with this lady started to become overwhelming as the staff kept telling us all the things she was doing month after month.

One day God gave us an idea that we hadn’t even considered possible.

We asked the staff members, has anyone helped her be born again? They all looked at us like we had lost our minds; and we weren’t sure of our sanity either. After futher discussions they decided to go work with her on this basic issue. A few days later they came back and reported that all was well with her.

She had been trying to live the Christian life without having Jesus as her Lord, Savior, and King. She had never been given the opportunity to accept Jesus into her heart and life. This kept her from being changed on the inside. All she was able to do was “act” like a Christian and that wasn’t going very well.
