There are two areas of your life that you need to really allow God to go over. The first is whether or not you understand WHY you needed salvation; the second is, are you SURE you know ALL the steps to salvation? Probably a lot of Christians have made it clear to you that they considered salvation important.

You may have felt you have always been a Christian and have never taken the actual steps into it. Maybe all your friends are Christians and you wanted to make them happy.

You may have decided to become a Christian in order to be accepted by the people in your church. It is also possible that you felt this great need for salvation and came to Jesus in response to that deep desire.

Regardless of the reason you decided to become a Christian or decided you already are a Christian, do YOU have a clear picture of why you needed salvation and all that Christianity offers? It is vital to you to not only understand this for yourself, but you need to be able to help your friends understand this as you share Christianity and Jesus with them.
